As this issue seems to have been resolved with new drivers I'll mark this thread as solved now.
60mins of play, 3 maps, 64 Slot - No Mem Leak so far, but i need to test/play more. Could play 4hours in the past without any leak -> lucky.

EA/DICE have released a game patch, which addresses, among others things, the memory leak issue.

I haven't played yet (no reason to, this patch is a joke, another bandaid with no real improvements and a fix that doesn't fix anything). I might play later, we'll see!

Just wanted to add my problem, as not sure it is a memory leak, with my system is just stops and I cannot do anything screen freezes and I have to reboot the whole PC, dont even get the option to use tak manager to kill the process ☹️
My wifes PC is Identical hardware to mine ,the only diffrence is she has win 7 x64 and her PC NEVER crashes, so this is a Win 8.1 issue. Have tried everything
to resolve.

Edit ** Discovered it was a BAD SATA cable now everthing works 🙂 Yay
I've just finished creating a small application as a workaround for the Memory-Leak.
It's a Powershell-Script which basically kills bf4 when the memory-leak occurs before your computer runs out of memory and becomes unresponsive.
Thus you don't have to restart your pc everytime a memoryleak occurs - you just have to restart the game 😉
