As this issue seems to have been resolved with new drivers I'll mark this thread as solved now.
60mins of play, 3 maps, 64 Slot - No Mem Leak so far, but i need to test/play more. Could play 4hours in the past without any leak -> lucky.

You had reported an issue with the Catalyst 13.12 driver which involved Battlefield 4 crashing after experiencing a severe memory leak.
EA/DICE have released a game patch, which addresses, among others things, the memory leak issue.

I haven't played yet (no reason to, this patch is a joke, another bandaid with no real improvements and a fix that doesn't fix anything). I might play later, we'll see!
