The AMD updates do not reset the NDU settings, for me at least.

The last patch dated Feb 13 did not changed anything. I've still to reboot PC every 3-4 maps, because of the memory leak.
Jan 13 PC Game Update Notes
-Fixed a memory leak issue occurring after level shutdowns, which could result in a out-of-memory crash in longer play sessions
PC configuration:
-ATI HD 5870
- Catalyst 13.12 driver
- Windows 8.1
- 6GB of RAM
- i7 930- 12 years ago

If the Non-paged starts to gradually rise, kill the bf4 process. It's much less pain comparing to a full reboot. That's how I'm getting by for the time being.

As much as I hate to post a "me too" response, the non-paged pool memory leak still persists for me even after the Feb 13 patch. Usually can play 2 or 3 maps before the non-paged pool starts shooting up, I keep an eye on it on the other screen so I can kill BF4 before it forces me to restart.
My setup:
CPU: AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 965 @ 3.40 GHz
Memory: 8 GB
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3
GPU: XFX Double D HD-695X-CDFC Radeon HD 6950 2GB
Operating System: Windows 8.1, up-to-date as of this posting.
Video Drivers: Catalyst 14 and 13.12 both exhibit this problem.
