Lost all progress from bf4, 1 and V...

Question

I've still got my progress in 2042 but went to play some of the older titles to find ive lost everything...

Ive talked to reps multiple times and been told ive had to wait a few weeks to get it sorted to then be told nothing happened... now i have to make a post here.

How do i solve this? I'm on playstation and done all the usual fixes theyve suggested.

We're you playing on PC previously? I can see game info for BF1 and BFV under the username you have here, but it's all for PC rather than PlayStation. I also can't find anything at all for BF2042 under the username you've posted with here, so wonder if you've potentially used a different account before.&nbsp;

Information comes up on Battlefield Tracker for your SergeantWombat gamertag for BF2042 on PlayStation, but not for BFV. I can find your PSN account for BF1 and BF4, but there is no playtime. The only info I can find for those games that seem to have a playtime and rank etc comes up under "YoZZa-M9" and is all for PC, so it does look like you potentially have two accounts on two different platforms. If that is the case, then I'm sorry to say that it's not possible to combine different platform accounts as titles before BF2042 don't allow cross-progression and are handled as separate platforms.&nbsp;
For example:
BF4 - PSN is linked but has no playtime. The account with a playtime is for PC.

BFV - No PSN account found, just the PC account.&nbsp;

BF1 - PSN account found, but the playtime is 0.0h. PC has 35h.

ElliotLHI most definitely played both 4, 1 and 5 on playstation...Is it possible when i changed my psn username (not account) to my current one i lost my progress?I used to have this account named&nbsp;YoZZa-1I changed it to the current name but the account is the same.
