As this issue seems to have been resolved with new drivers I'll mark this thread as solved now.
This is totally odd, but without skype I don't get NP Pool leak... Currently playing third map without turning off game.

Most likely Skype is eating into your memory, are you sure it is NPP?
Also little not, may not be NPP related but still will mention it,
Computer lagged and beeped after BF4 game. Tried to open TM to asses RAM and CPU being used. Could not do anything. Manually Shut Down PC. Kernel Memory Error. Tried booting multiple would not work in the end I had to repair install. This happened soon after BF4 which I had noticed to recently spike my RAM. 8 GB HyperX, Amd FX6350, 970A-G46 MOBO & GTX610 ( Just as ashamed as you).

Well as I said no more NPP raising. Bought bf4 several days ago and always when second map loads i get disconnected with error something went wrong. Opened up my task manager and saw that NPP was filled up and never went down and that was weird... Looked around forums and stuck on this, then I just tried turning off programs and currently sitting with bf4, origin, chrome, dropbox and puush. No more errors something went wrong and NPP sits at 80mb or goes down. If I turn on skype and bf4 starts loading second map on same server, then my NPP will begin filling up.
This could be a fix to the NPP for you but I doubt it will fix everyones.
