Hi, as you can read from the title I cant open BF3, I bought the game both on steam and origin back in the day. So I have 2 Bf3s but I cant play any of them, I tried to link my steam account to another ea account but still the same issue. I also tried some fixes I found like deleting the licanse file, installing VU Client, of course reinstalling the game couple of times and renaming my pc. None of them worked :(. Here is the error screenshot.
The best advice I can give you is to try again with a different support agent. There is nothing more I can say or do.

Have you found answer to the problem? Becouse I have the same issue. I have tried to delete EA app, re install game from the Steam, where I bought it. Nothing works. After that screen what you have, I get answer that it needs internet connection and it fails. I have tried disabeling virus programs and defenders, but nothing works.
Yeah I did, just by we players ourselves we are doing their work. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=puhKR3vs_r0 this is the fixed worked for me. After downloading the app in the video search 'active bf3' in your window search bar. click on that and you are good to go
