As this issue seems to have been resolved with new drivers I'll mark this thread as solved now.

THE MEMORYLEAK IS FIXED! Tigge announced that AMD fixed it, here is the tweet: https://twitter.com/tiggr_/status/555825926190415872

Is it was a driver problem and it wil be fixed with the next catalyst patch.
