Promotional Battlepack Items Not Appearing In-game and/or on Battlelog INVESTIGATING We are aware of this issue, and are working on a solution for it. Note that in some cases the Battlepack items will actually show up after a delay. (Make sure you are logged in.)
1. Fill in "battlepack" in the search bar
2. Click find solutions
3. Then select product in the first selecting bar(Battlefield 4), Codes: Online Pass/DLC/Promo in the second and select your platform(PC) in the last bar.
4. Hit find solutions.
Now you will be given multiple solutions to your problem. To contact support you need to click "I still need help".
Now you can start live chat service.
