Pre-Order weapons

I've pre ordered my battlefield hardline and I didn't get my pre order weapons It me battlepacks but only boosts and patches please help I need those guns I pre ordered game for the first time and ...

Look, I've got the battle packs but no weapons some camos patches and boosts
I need awcr, the only reason I pre ordered

    Where did you preorder at?  Physical disc?

    Deluxe edition has the 3 special guns.

    Some retailers offered 1 special pack (Versatility) that included the ACWR.  The retailer should have provided you a code for this I believe, may be on your receipt.

      and They gave me a code and when I redeemed it I got battle packs but no weapons

      Do we usually get guns in battle packs?

        It should show up as a Versatility Battle Pack on your screen, not a regular gold BP.

        If they did give you a code specifically for the Versatility Pack, I think they did their part.

        There have been issues of people not receiving their BPs in an instant fashion.  

        Perhaps give it a few days and if it still doesn't show up contact EA support with your Code in hand.
