Where did you preorder at? Physical disc? Deluxe edition has the 3 special guns. Some retailers offered 1 special pack (Versatility) that included the ACWR. The retailer should have provided you a code for this I believe, may be on your receipt.

It says "Gear up with three gold battle packs" It didn't say versatility anywhereYea I got a download file I'm using a ps4THANK YOU you helped me a lot

Is there a code for 3 gold battlepacks and also another code for versatility battle pack?

To the best of my knowledge.

The vendor should have supplied you with a code specifically for the Versatility Pack.

How else would the game know you preordered is one reason why I think that.

Another reason is when I search on ebay for Battlepack codes, Versatility codes come up but not the other 2 (that were Deluxe only not pre-order bonuses).

Contact the vendor and question them about it.

From what I seen advertised for preorder physical copies of Standard. Yes.

Deluxe edition gets the other 2 (Suppression and Precision) exclusively from what I seen.
