Pre ordered Battlefield 4

I pre ordered battlefield 4 but the first time I did I lost my credit card a few days later. So I pre-ordered again.The game launched on 31 oct and it still hasn`t showed up on my origin account.Now Im afraid that I wont get the china rising pack that comes whit pre-ordering.

I am hopping that this is just some delay
