Premium and all asignments have gone?

Question

Have given BF3 a break for a couple of months. I logged back in last night and downloaded the patch, only to find that half the assignments were missing and all unlocked weapons too. i spoke to ea support who advised me to delete a file from my hard drive and to clear the cache. I did this and it did not work. I now log in tonight to see that I am not here as Premium anymore and I now have no assignments??

I'm starting to get sick of broken EA games. I paid full price for the game and full price again to become a premium member and it doesnt work. Having issues with Fifa 13 as well- Theball keeps disappearing!!!

Any help would be appreciated

Any community mangers that may be able to help? Was told that I would get an email within 24 hours still waiting after 48, something tells me i'll be waiting longer

Can someone ( a premium member) tell me exactly what files they have on their hard drive for BF3 (xbox360 btw)

I have limited time to play and try to solve the probelm. Any advice appreciated

when you say all your weaponsand assignments are missing do you have access to CQ or AK maps?

just checked and I was being a little over the top! I am still premium but most of my assignments are missing. The only ones I DO have are the Premium assignments. I seem to have access to all maps although I have non of the unlocked weapons etc from the assignments.

Mt battlelog proile still shows my kits as I left them. Also just noticed that I no longer have CITV station for tank
