So here are the problems :
-For two days i haven't been able to advance in any of the kit related specialist assignments (F-2000,Pecheneg,L96,SCAR-H)
-I cannot see those assigments in my postgame lobby.
For info i unlocked all the 4 requiered assigments and have been able to advance in some of those assigments until recently.
I tried to talk to EA's live chat but they sent me there.

Same problem here. Exactly as you describe. Fighting with PP-19 and with unlocked Only for the dedicated. At the end of a round I progressed only with All about precision and not in PP-19 Specialist and Only for the dedicated. The issue is few days old. Waiting for the fix as the rest of you. 🙂
It's not just Premium assignments that have gone missing, or the Battle Feed. But the in-game store and the Premium menu on Xbox 360 is also dead.

Can confirm, weapons appear to be working again.
