Premium, but NO DLC. Xbox One

Hey there, i have  apremium account that was first played on another Xbox One, but then i bought another Xbox One, and i cannot get any of the DLC that is entitled to me, http://www.battlelog.com/u/BRuTaLGrizzly says i have premium, AND all the DLC, also does the battle log IN GAME. But its still telling me i have to purchase all the maps, and i don't want to do this, could anyome help me solve this problem?

    If you haven't personally purchased Premium on your account, you will not be able to access the DLC Packs. You may have to buy Premium on your account.

    Try doing a reset of the console.  

    If it still doesn't do it.  Try holding the power button down for 10 seconds, it will make a differnet noise than normal.  Turn back on.

    Im not sure what this ten second reset does, please explain further.

    also, i have restarted the console since then, for many days, im hoping itll finally read my DLC, but it never comes up.

    Try deleting Premium from your console and download it again from the Xbox Store.

    If that doesn't help, try these two things on your Xbox One:

    • Clear your Persistent Storage: Go to Settings> Disc and Blu-ray> Persistent Storage> Clear it out twice.
    • Clear your Alternate Mac Address: Go to Settings> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate Mac Address> Clear that out> then reboot the console.

    My buddy owns the premium disc, but ive played on it, and it had transfered to me as well, so when i bought my new Xbox One, i would have it. i had bought the digital version of  Battlefield 4, because i wouldnt want a $60 game disc to scratch.

    Funny how he said if i helped him pay, id get the benefits too as he would allow me to play on it too... Guess I just got used, Thanks guys.
