Have you already tried to delete and re-install the Premium download from the Xbox Live store and performed a hard reset on your console? To do so, keep your finger pressed on the Xbox One icon on your actual console until the console is shutting down. As soon as you boot the console up again, it should launch with a green Xbox One screen and the cache should have been cleared.
