Premium not unlocking PS4

So I redeemed my code on the PSN yesterday.  I went into the store on the main screen and downloaded it from there.  However none of the extra battlepacks are unlocking and the game is not recognizing my premium status.  I have uninstalled premium and tryed to redownload it from the store but the download gets stuck and says "Waiting to install".  If i go into the library section of the PS Store, it lets me download it.  Please help.

    Just wanted to report back that I got my premium working. What it actually took was to go into the playstation setting and select "restore licenses" as soon as I did that I got my premium. The restore licenses setting is under Settings>PSN>Restore Licenses. Hope this helps some people out.

    For this you will need to contact Origin/EA support they will gladly help you whit this problem https://help.ea.com/en/origin go here press contact as give information press I still need help at the bottom of the page and then press start live chat and you will get a live chat whit an EA agent that will be glad to help you

    ea cant fix problem at min, just search premium and u will see, they messed game up, then  addon up😃 so much damage in 1 title, some say new game / give them time, 2 month is far to long.

    they know of the problem but dont stop selling premium, just search ps4 premium.

    yup same issue here. PSN told me to contact EA, EA says to use their Chat feature which is currently disabled due to the high amount of calls about problems so another 2xp weekend lost. Awesome.

    Im having the same problem. And im getting very pissed that i wasted $50 on something i cant use._

    I am still having the issue and EA had been no help. This is ridiculous.

    Bought premium on christmas day, still has not activated, however i was able to download china rising for free.

    Yes I was able to get China Rising for free as well. I cannot access battle packs or anything else though. The title screen doesn't even say premium.

    Just an update as I went through a 30 minute wait and chat with EA, they told me they cant access "codes" for PS4 and i had to contact my retailer. Since i got the file from the playstation store, the retailer is Sony. Unfortunately I also went to the Sony help chat before I went to the EA chat, and they said i had to contact the game developer (EA).

    So to recap:

    Sony took my $50.00 what they did with that money after that god only knows.

    Sony said to contact EA about why my premium doesnt work.

    EA said i have to contact Sony about why my premium doesnt work.

    I guess im out $50.00 and can hope the problem sorts itself out eventually

    youIm not sure, there was never any code from playstation. All i know is that $50.00 was taken from my account by Sony in their playstation store. Did Sony forward that money to EA? Because I was already on the Sony help forum and they said the transaction went through, and i had to contact EA.

    VikasI advice you to contact the retailer and ask them to add your premium and china rising.Provide them all the proof of purchases you have and i hope this will fix your issue.

    This happened to me as well I bought Premium for $50 and I downloaded it but I can't get any of the content. I could download china rising for free but I can't play on the new maps or gamemodes
