are you on pc or xbox/ps3? what is your pc specs? did you checked your status on http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/ is it not saying premium? go to origin plead your mouse on bf3 icon untill you see letter "i" press and check "addons" PREMIUM should be written "Installed" if no luck try log in log out some times in battlelog if not helps contact live EA adviser https://help.ea.com/contact-us
i use ps3, just did what you said, on the battlelog it doesnt says that i am premium, loged out and in 5 times but still doesnt work, i will try this support, thanks

i think i have the same problem, and already sent an email for the support team. i had an idea to, is there a way that i can erease all the premium content ive downloaded , and them trying to do it again?
