my friend has battlefield 1 on his ps4 on CD and it has arabic language , if he bought the premium from british store will the premium be in arabic also (plese i need answer)

It should. Premium is basically a season pass for BF1 with some bonuses included - all the content in Premium is an addition to the main game, which means that it uses the main settings (like language) of it.

I agree with that what @spitfiresiemion said, Premium is just a Addon for the main Game. So it should keep the Language what you have right now.
