Premium/stat transfer

So, I played battlefield 4 after getting premium and all the DLC and when I signed in and played it on the Xbox One. It did not ask me to transfer stats and when I log into battlelog, it says I have premium for both 360 and the One so what the * is going on? I have all the Premium dog tags and knives, yet I can't get any maps and it's basically making me repay for premium....... Help pls

  • Hello @Riviations

From what I can see here, your account has Premium purchased only on the Xbox One, and it seems like you transferred your stats already from the Xbox 360 to the Xbox One a while back. Are you having issues downloading the DLC on the Xbox One, or the Xbox 360?

  • As Apollo stated you purchased it on the One as shown here: http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/soldier/Minicams/stats/1028360313/xboxone/ be advised that premium only transfers from 360-One but not from One-360.

If you are being asked to purchase the DLC on the One log into BF4, go to the BF4 in game store to the premium section and re-download your premium file. Then completely close BF4 and restart it so BF4 initializes with the Premium file present (it may have been corrupted during a title update if you downloaded it earlier). Next return to the premium section of the BF4 in game store and download the expansions if you haven't done so already.
  • Well I got it for the 360 originally, and when I played on the One my premium transferred over to the one as well, If you look at my battlelog it says i have premium for the one yet I have EVERY DLC for the 360....

But that's the problem, every time I go to redownload the file. It's trying to make me rebuy premium.... I do not care about the stat transfer tbh I just don't feel like spending another $50 on premium when it says I already have it

You may want to download Premium again from the purchase history on the Xbox 360. Please also keep in mind that you must have purchased Premium directly on the account itself, and not on an alternate account on your console.

If you purchased Premium on that account and console, then you may want to contact an Electronic Arts Technical Support adviser here to get Premium properly functioning on your Xbox 360.

Steps to contact Support are listed in this spoiler:

    Spoiler

    1) Click on the game you're having trouble with. (If you don't see it, use the search bar)

    2) Select the platform you're playing on/are having problems with.

    3) Select a topic and list a short description of your problem.

    4) Select the way in which you would like to contact EA. (Options may vary depending on the problem you're having, and your location.)

Remember to be kind, respectful, and patient with your Support Adviser. Your problem may not be resolved right then and there, but they will do their best to get it resolved as quickly as possible. Thank you!

I agree with Apollo, redownload on your 360 and then play a round on 360 to see if Battlelog syncs up. Since you're on your computer it's easiest to log into the Xbox Live site at http://www.xbox.com/en-US/ and then go to "My Account" and then "Download History" and then scroll down until you see your Premium file and click "Add to Queue" and then the next time you log into your Xbox your queued items will automatically download to your Xbox
