Problem with activation of assignement (phantom operative)

I was playing on a server put up to get the new compund bow and to start the phantom operative assignement. Just 1 minute after that I succsefully clicked the document and saw the emblem for the ass...

Turned out that the assignment was activated (even thoiugh battlelog didn´t show it) and didn´t start until i actually killed someone with the bow in a different game.
