problem with loading images in the battlefield 1 menu
images in the menu in the weapons, soldier and other tabs are not loaded

Here is one thing that works quite often:
- Go to your Documents folder.
- Open Battlefield 1 folder.
- Delete twinkle folder (do NOT touch other folders).
- Clean boot your PC and then try to start BF1 again.
If the problem still persists, try this:
- Exit Origin completely, make sure its not running in the background.
- Run Origin again with administrator privileges.
- Go to and click on Settings then choose Repair.
- Wait until the repair is done and then start BF1 again.

Hey @Jakyno_cz,
If you the game doesn't load any images, then it's possible that your game has corrupted/missing files. In that case, your game is lacking content.
Uninstall and then check your hard drive for errors and then install the game again while Origin is running with administrator privileges.
- Log out of Origin.
- Exit Origin completely, make sure it's not running in the background.
Check Hard Drive For Errors And Corrupted Files
All files can become damaged. This is just the nature of hard drives. If this affects files, this can cause errors and it's, therefore, a good idea to scan your hard drive. Do this for all hard drives that has Windows, Origin and Battlefield 1 installed.
- Go to This PC in File Explorer and right click the hard drive and click Properties
- Go to Tools and and press Check.
- Click Scan Drive and let it scan for errors.
- If it finds errors let the program fix them
(If there are errors it could mean nothing, but it can also suggest that it might be time to format your computer and/or replace the hard drive) - Reboot your computer
- Run the scan again
- Keep repeating step 3-5 until no errors are found.
- Go to This PC in File Explorer and right click the hard drive and click Properties
- Run as administrator

You have to uninstall the game first before scanning the hard drive. If you don't want to uninstall the game, you could try this:
1) Open CMD with administrator privileges.
2) Type this command: "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" (without quotes).
3) Once it's done, restart your PC.
4) Repeat step 1.
5) Type this command: "SFC /SCANNOW" (without quotes).
6) Wait till the process completes.If it tells you there are some corrupted files found, then repeat steps 2-5. If it tells you there is no corrupted files found, then start Origin with administrator privileges.
If that doesn't work, then you should uninstall the game and scan your hard drive for errors.
