Problem with "Open screen adjust" [5760x1080]

I game on resolution 5760 x1080 as well mine sits correct ... try this if not done already go into bf4 game then video settings and set it to full screen :] I hope this helps post back and let me know please :] EDIT>>>> also make sure your screen res in video in BF4 game is set to 5760 X 1080

*I have the resolution to 5760x1080 59,94Hz.*Got the newest AMD drivers.
*Have reinstalled the game.
*Have tried with Fullscreen, windowed and borderless.
Do you have the "Open screen adjust" setting?
mm I have never had to use it :/ I have my full screen resolution set at 5760 X 1080 @ 60 hrz and on full screen when I used windowed and what not it put everything like what you are trying to fix. And I have resolution scale set to 100 not sure if this will help.
