Problems in PS3

Ok, i bought this game yesterday and im having a lot of problems so far. First, everytime i turn on my ps3 after turned it down while playing BF4 i get the "your ps3 was not shut down properly...". ...

this is not uncommon anymore

it has become an issue with recent patches (not saying its related to patches just timelined )

i dont get the unlocks from the story
