Could you please provide us the information which model of the PS3 you own?
You should try to re-install the game:
1. Delete the BF4 game data (not the savegame data)
2. After that, you can run a PS3 file system scan
3. Clean the BF4 disc
4. Install BF4 and update the game with the latest patches.
If this issue still happens, I recommend to perform a backup of all your PS3 data and clean your PS3 by resetting it to system default. That is a pretty uncommon issue and sounds more like a problem with your hardware.
