My problems are, when i play Battlefiel 4 Premium Edition Single player on the first mission i have a troubles. 1 troble is bags like i can fell under the floor.2 The hero Pak is baged, he is just staying and doing nothing or it is no this hero there only his name.
I want to solve this problem, if not i want my money back.

well try this steps
1.press repair install in bf4 game client in origin
2.re-install origin
3.log out and log in to origin and battlelog
4.delete your browse history
5.try a defferent browse
