Problems with unlocking weapons

Hi,

I'm having problems with unlocking weapons, for example:

Support class, Chauchat Telescopic - i've already made 10 mortar kills as I got the "Order of St. Christopher" which requires that as well but still it doesn't show on the weapon tasks as completed. Furthermore i've made 15 kills within a round with the specific weapon mentioned but again it does not show as completed and unlocks the weapon.

I've made many kills with the US trench knife and shovel and again the same problem, the progress isn't shown in the advanced weapon unlock progress.

Would appreciate your help,

    Hey @ronkinderz

    Just making sure, have you done these kills after having obtained the They Shall Not Pass DLC or sometime before that time ? I believe the kills do not count retroactively, like if you've before made 10 kills with a mortar and obtained the Order of St. Christopher before the DLC came out, it doesn't count. You have to do it again. If it works at all like on BF4 you need to also be on a ranked server.

    Just making sure, have you done these kills after having obtained the They Shall Not Pass DLC or sometime before that time ? I believe the kills do not count retroactively, like if you've before made 10 kills with a mortar and obtained the Order of St. Christopher before the DLC came out, it doesn't count. You have to do it again. If it works at all like on BF4 you need to also be on a ranked server.

    Hey @ronkinderz,

    Sorry you're experiencing this issue.

    If your Weapon Assignments are not tracking, have you tried Uninstalling/Reinstalling Battlefield 1 and trying these assignments again?

    I had this exact same issue, and it was fixed for me after doing a fresh install of Battlefield 1, and my Weapon Assignment tracker was working.

    Please try this when you have a moment, and keep us posted.

    Hey @ronkinderz,

    it´s like @RedFoxxie said, you need to own the "They shall not pass"-DLC or the Premium Pass, otherwise your progress in unlocking these weapons won´t count.
