product code already redeemed

I bought Battlefield 1 from an online key service (Instant-Gaming) which said the key was already redeemed. I contacted their support team which lead me to ask EA support when said key was redeemed (date and time) with the code, I noticed I should not display the code in a public chat but rather ask support directly which, I can not find.

I have currently dug through tons of forums with the same problem yet all of them have lead me through an endless loop-hole, even EA-Help has a result for this problem but has lead me here.

I just want to enjoy Battlefield 1 at a discount.
