Eneba, to be specific Games Hub, Eneba support told me I need to found out the activations Time and date.And that I need to screenshot the conversation with the key present.
I could not find any Way to contact official support so This was the only option left.

If it were me though I'd request a refund from Eneba and re-purchase from an approved seller.
