Professional syndicate keeps showing question marks

For the past 2 days I've been trying to take the ??? Off the professional syndicate assignment. I've done all the pre requirements, it even shows a tick next to them, but the actual requirements needed to do the assignment are still not showing... 😕

In Battlelog/Loadout/Professional menu please purchase the following items to unlock PROFESSIONAL SYNDICATE

COP:
- R700 LTR
- SR-25 ECC
- Stealth Training

CRIMINAL:
- AWM

DO NOT purchase in-game and do not purchase more items!

After the purchase in the menu Agent/Awards please check the 2 followings assignments:
- CLASS ASSIGNMENTS/PROFESSIONAL UNLOCKED ASSIGNMENT, this one suppose to be done
- SYNDICATE ASSIGNMENTS/PROFESSIONAL SYNDICATE, this one suppose to be unlocked

Award users who were helpful with the XP button.
