Professional syndicate keeps showing question marks

Hi, For the past 2 days I've been trying to take the ??? Off the professional syndicate assignment. I've done all the pre requirements, it even shows a tick next to them, but the actual requirements ...

In Battlelog/Loadout/Professional menu please purchase the following items to unlock PROFESSIONAL SYNDICATE
COP:
- R700 LTR
- SR-25 ECC
- Stealth Training
CRIMINAL:
- AWM

DO NOT purchase in-game and do not purchase more items!

After the purchase in the menu Agent/Awards please check the 2 followings assignments:
- CLASS ASSIGNMENTS/PROFESSIONAL UNLOCKED ASSIGNMENT, this one suppose to be done
- SYNDICATE ASSIGNMENTS/PROFESSIONAL SYNDICATE, this one suppose to be unlocked
Award users who were helpful with the XP button.
If an answer provides you solution don't forget to click on "Accept as Solution".

I am also stuck on the professional syndicate, it just has question marks and i am sure that i have everything done.

My gamertag is red darkness 55

Please can you check it out.
