Pre-requirement: Professional Unlocked Assignment not complet!
Please purchase the following weapons/gadgets during gameplay and in the same time equip and use them too, to force datasync between Loadout and Awards. Do not buy in Battlelog!
Cops:
- SR-25 ECC
Gadget:
- Stealth Training
When you done the shopping the Syndicate requirements will be visible.

it appears that you have to purchase 11 weapons &/or gadgets on the professional class
