Professional syndicate won't unlock

I am also having this same problem and I followed the instructions you gave and I am still pressed with this issue of not being able to move forward. I bought all the gadgets in battle log and I still sit at 7/11 purchased. PLEASE HELP!

Please purchase the following machine pistols during gameplay and in the same time equip and use them too, to force datasync between Loadout and Awards. Do not buy in Battlelog!
