Promo code

I bought this battlefield 3 premium edition and installed it on my computer. My computer crashed so I had to reinstall windows. I went to install my game, entered the promo code, it tells me that it has already been used. YES I USED IT AND I WOULD LIKE TO USE IT AGAIN. What do I need to do.
