Just as an fyi, I was also unable to get a successful Internet connection using the Cisco DNS servers. I stopped atfter the top 5. I even tried dling over wifi but was unable to get my ps3 to connect that way... I checked and rechecked settings, passwords, etc.. still nothing. I may not have reset my router and other equipment for a long enough period after the change.
Please do update on what they say.... maybe we are finally getting somewhere
