PS3 account to PC?

I have BF4 with PREMIUM for PS3. If I buy BF4 for PC, does my account goes with me as well as my Premium membership or not?  Please help me

    Yes if they are linked then they are connected but even so cross platform game play and cross platform transfer and even if they are linked cross account transfer all of this is not yet possible i am sorry i know this are not the answers you wanted but this is just how it is i can not do anything

    about it sorry

But my Origin account is linked to my PSN account. It should keep my account...
