(PS3) Bad Company 1's Rush servers keep crashing.

Hi,

I wanted to notify y'all that BFBC's Rush servers are acting weird and unstable, and are crashing every few minutes.

I would like to ask if it was possible to look into this issue and possible fix it. There's still a relatively passionate and large BFBC community on the PS3, and personally I can't wait to get to 10,002 kills for my last trophy - a grand achievement for this awesome game.

I'd play conquest, but Rush is way more fun, as the action is more compact instead of being spread out in large conquest maps.

edit: there seems to be 1 Rush server stable, but weirdly only in the evening (I'm GMT+1 and it seems to start working around 19:00 for me), and if it's full and we're put into an empty one, it crashes within a few minutes.

edit2: I wanted to clarify - this has been happening for the past week. Many of my friends who also play this game are also experiencing the issue, I'll try to get them to comment on here as well to validate this.

    Hey @elfensky,

    it would indeed be great if you would direct other players here if they are experiencing the same issue. We wanna make sure you get that trophy, and I like to believe a stable experience would be a solid foundation there.

    Do you receive any particular error message, did you try to do any troubleshooting on your side, and if so, what was that exactly?

    I'll keep looking into this thread as it gets more posts - have a great weekend.

    From what we all could gather by testing, there seem to be a maximum of 4 different servers active at a time (4x 24players in 12v12 matches) ideally, 2 of each game mode (conquest & rush). and as soon as a 5th lobby gets created, the whole server crashes and everyone gets booted.

    I'll see whether I can record the issue and post a youtube link or something. In the meantime, I'll get more people to vote.

    Hi EA Team,

    the servers still crashes . It seems there only 2 lobbies. One for Rush , one for conquest. Its really bad, sometimes i need 30 minutes or more to reach the stabil server.

    Pls EA TEam . I like this mp and i try to plat it but it looks impossible.

    I know the problem doesnt only excist for me, my friends has the same.

    ideally i've made a live chat about that a month ago but didn't get any feedback or something... this has been going on for me and my friends since 50 days ago till now, servers are crashing so much and as the OP said, there are a max of 4 servers (2 rush, 2 conquest), joining a 5th server will kick everyone and crash. 

    i'm going to tell my friends to comment on this too.
