Contacted live chat with EA twice. The first time the rep said it will be resolved within 24 hrs. That was 2 weeks ago. Still nothing fixed. Contacted them again last few days and the rep now asked me to delete corrupted files if any. Done that and still same blank screen. It seems that EA isn't bothering to help resolve this at all. They don't even reply here nor any other forums I've seen regarding this.
So, will we ever be able to play Naval Strike? The costs to buy premium is almost as much the base game. And this is what we get?

Yes, they didn't "earn" the price for worst company in the world twice for nothing! It takes a lot of effort (or rather in their case not showing any effort at all) towards your most loyal customer to get to such a low level.
You are right, their Customer Experience is a complete joke, all they tell you is standard script in their call center, like "Please delete all game data and then re-install". Yeah, and reboot my router (which is what ISP always tell as first solution when your internet doesn't work).
It's an official forum here and no official cares to respond or even indicate they are reading this. So why bother?
There is a reason why I waited until Naval Strike DCL to get Premium membership. Half finished product thrown on the market didn't wanted me to buy it earlier. But what I saw about NS and the new plaing mode made me spend that big bucks (you are right, basically the price of a new game) and now we're here, it doesn't work and we don't get our money back.
Is there a way to protest through CCC or whatever you call that consumer organization in the US? Sony won't care I guess. They can stick their Premium membership where the sun doesn't shine, I want my money back. Getting sick and tired that I paid for something which doesn't work, not even start.
Whilst all of my friends play it and tell me how great the new modes is
