[PS3] Cannot Pick-up Phantom Dogtags

I've had this problem too. It's happened twice on Operation Whiteout and once on Giants of Karelia. I was able to see the box, knife it, and see the dogtag. It is so frustrating after spending so many hours looking for these tiny boxes. I would like to be able to access the phantom bow soon but I don't think that will happen without this issue being resolved.
It is very frustrating... I give up for now until I hear word its fixed
