HI, i bought the rent server yesteerday, customized the maps and ticket count which made it "ranked" server. However, I can't find my server using server browse on both PS3 and Battlelog. THis is very frustrating as If I, the admin, can find my own server, how can others find and join my server? please help ASAP!
If you click "Multiplayer" You will see "My rented servers" at the bottom.

Not sure if what exactly you are referring to. RSP seems just to have endless issues. My original issue I posted here is that my server cant be found either using PS3 Multiplayer Search or Battlog search on the first day. The reason was probably because somehow, my server preset says "unknown" for wahtever reason. Anyhow, it was magically fixed on day 2. However, new issue came up again on Day 3, now I (or any of my friends/clan members or anyone) can't find the server at all. the server is just GONE. So basically out of 3 "rent server" days, i only true had probably 5 hrs where my server is running correctly.
EA/DIC, this is totally unacceptable, if i am paying 100% on rent server for 7 days, i expect its working 24/7 and yet, my platoon and I were only able to get 5 hrs out of this.
PLease fix the issue ASAP.
