My ps3 makes the sound like its ejecting the disc but dosnt actually eject it, and when it actually pops up on the xmb i hit start and it sits at the black screen and sometimes will synchronize my trophies and then it freezes... im going to gamestop to swap my copy to see if its my disc but when i bought it a month ago it was working fine and i was having a little bit of problems with it freezing and multiplayer issues and now started a week ago my ps3 wont read bf4... does anyone have any suggestions and are anyone having this same problem and what have you done? i want to speak to someone from dice and get my money back or possibly downloading the digital version and see if that fixes it. I play bf alot and i am a huge fan of the game and now i cant play. I also reformatted it back to default settings and also rebooted my whole ps3 and deleted everything i had on there and it still does not work so somebody please help me out... Thanks

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

    The Window Will Open...
You’ll now see the currently available contact options(Depending on your game). These may vary depending on your geographical location and the time of day. Phone or Live Chat are the best options.

    For customers in North America:

    • Select "Call me."
    • Enter your phone number.
    • Select "Submit."

For Customers outside of North America:

    • Go to the "choose a contact method" section
    • Contact us using the telephone number provided within the listed opening hours

Please be aware that it is likely that the agent you speak to will need to confirm your personal informations on this account.
