PS4 Battlefield 4: CE-34878-0 Error: Cannot play the game at all!

For anyone who is getting this error, please post it here.  I am also getting the CE-34878-0 error as soon as the Main Menu pops up.  I literally have no time to do anything as it instantly kicks me ...

Same problem Here:

Crashes with code CE-34878-0 every time I launch it on the PS4.

 

I have tried deleting and reinstalling BF4 from the PSN.  Still crashes after reinstall.  

 

What a waste of money!  How do you sell a game that can't be used at all and then expect people to be OK waiting an additional Week for a Patch!  EA/DICE you need to do something for your customers after this mess!
