PS4 Battlefield 4: CE-34878-0 Error: Cannot play the game at all!

For anyone who is getting this error, please post it here.  I am also getting the CE-34878-0 error as soon as the Main Menu pops up.  I literally have no time to do anything as it instantly kicks me ...

The error code comes up before I can even do anything. I have given up on the single player because the files keep getting corrupted. Now I can't even play multiplayer because of the code. I hope the issue will be resolved some or EA might start losing customers.

Had the same issue on single player campaign. I got to the third mission and the game crashed. When I tried to reload it gave me the error code and said files corrupt, must be deleted. So I just continued. Then I got the same error message every time I tried to restart. Went into system settings and deleted my profile. So far so good. But my stats for single player won't update like it did the first time. And even though I unlocked some guns. They are not available to me anymore unlocking them the second time.
