PS4 Battlefield 4: CE-34878-0 Error: Cannot play the game at all!

For anyone who is getting this error, please post it here.  I am also getting the CE-34878-0 error as soon as the Main Menu pops up.  I literally have no time to do anything as it instantly kicks me ...

Receiving this error sometimes when starting the game, after matches end, and before certain matches begin.

Me and a friend played for an hour last night and both got this error approximately 5-6 times each.
