PS4 Battlefield 4: CE-34878-0 Error: Cannot play the game at all!

For anyone who is getting this error, please post it here.  I am also getting the CE-34878-0 error as soon as the Main Menu pops up.  I literally have no time to do anything as it instantly kicks me ...

My issue is that when I start up the game and it does the cinematic scene (the guys running and the jet spinning) the screen that says "PRESS THE OPTIONS BUTTON TO BEGIN" when I press options button the whole game freezes. It is only the game that freezes I am still able to press the PS button and go back the PlayStation menu. It only started doing this last night. I have been able to play in the past few days.
