Resogun may be causing this issue somehow. Simply delete the game data for Resogun, and then delete the game data for BF4. Then the error should go away. To delete game data
From the PlayStation XMB go to:
Settings -> App Saved Data Management -> Saved Data in System Storage
Select the area from where you want to delete the Save Data from.
Saved Data in System Storage
Saved Data in Online Storage
Saved Data on USB Storage Device
From the subsection of each of these choices, choose Delete
I've tried deleting Resogun and Contrast both online and in my PS4 hard drive and that didn't work. You have to do the work around when you signout of the PSN, then start the game, then hit the PS button and sign into the PSN, then go back into the game and into multiplayer. It's the only thing that works right now. Hopefully EA, Origin and Sony stop blaming each other and learn to work together to fix this!

I'm also getting this darn error and it really sucks that out of the few games I picked to buy this and it does not work
