12 years agoI HAVE FOUND A FIX!! Warning...this will erase your entire PS4 (except the PS4 update that came out before release). Having tried everything and wishing I could play the ONLY game that I want to play (BF4), I was willing to try this. Go to the menu, then go to settings, then scroll down to the bottom & select where it says "Initialize". Then scroll down to the bottom & select where it says "Initialize PS4". Click that. Then it gives you a "Quick" or "Full" option. Click the "Full" option. NOTE: It showed me an option that Sony recommends to deactivate this PS4 as my primary one. I clicked Yes (to deactivate). It took around 2 hours to complete. Upon completion, I had to set up my PS4 as if it were brand new. Then, the first game I put in was BF4 & it worked with no errors!!!

12 years agoJust an update to all that have this problem. I have performed the above statement and have been playing since the 22nd with no crashes what so ever. Please try this if you are willing to wipe your hard drive but enjoy the best os4 game yet (in my opinion).
