Ps4 battlefield 4 premium upgrade

Question

I have paid for premium upgrade with a voucher from game I have entered code and this was accepted
But it has not upgraded my game no battle maps no battle packs basically no upgrades has anyone got any
Ideas I would be grateful for any help.

I did a voucher thing as well with the ps4 when I first got it and I went to the playstation store and typed in code under "redeem code" and after u type the code in, it should bring u to an option to download premium. And then it should be in your downloads as downloading. After that it should install and u should be good to go. I am not aware of another way to get it other than this way
