[PS4] Battlefield 4 won't start - error E-FFFFFFFF

I've bought BF 4 when it came out for PS3. When I finally bought PS4 I used a transfer code that was provided with the PS3 game. I paid a fee and then my download started. When the download was finished, I've put PS3 game into PS4 and then the updates were installed. After that all I could get was an error message saying "Can't Run Application (E-FFFFFFFF)".

I've tried everything - deleted whole game, downloaded it again. Same thing. Done that again - still nothing. I've made clean install of system software. Still no help. Changed hdd and made another clean system install (new 1.52 firmware this time) - still all I've got is that error message. I've tried every single option from that boot menu.

Disc is perfectly clean and it is not scratched or marked. Game works perfectly fine under PS3. I made the same transfer procedure with my PS3 copy of CoD:Ghosts and everything works fine.

Any help/ideas? It is over 2 weeks and I still can't play my game...
