I am really sorry for those connection issues in Battlefield 1. Your frustration with it is totally understandable. Have you tried to disconnect all the other devices from your router, so your console is the only connected device? Some players reported this to significantly improve their connection with the game. Trying to play, using alternative ISP, perhaps a mobile one, can help us to get more insight on nature of this issue. Keep us posted.

So when I want to play battlefield, nobody else in my house can use the Wi-Fi? That is not a fix, it does not happen with any other game only Bf1 ping up and above 6000 I mean this game is a joke now, as if it wasn't before, I paid £50 for this unplayable broken piece of *, and £40 to play online and your telling me I have to disconnect every device to make it work.... I want a damn refund
