Ps4 can't launch multiplayer

I'm also running into this error, already did contact ea support, they told me to run through usual troubleshoots but nothing helped so far. I also did a UO Trace with the ea ip, but there was nothing wrong with it. Last thing they told me is to try and log in with a friend's console on which I should make a temporary account with the same details as on my ps4. But tbh, by now I'm done. Paying 65€ for a game, you might think there should be no major problems, where you have to put this much effort into in order to resolve the issues. It should just work, like all other games do, without having to disturb your friends by occupying their consoles... After finishing the campaign 2 days ago, my BFH copy is now dusting while I continue playing bf4...

I tried that and I got nothing, still can't launch multiplayer game with friends or an invited from a friend, stays in menu doing nothing, so I can't launch the game at all.
